Every year, Texas Winter Jam brings the community together. Not just to move, but to grow.

We’re looking for leaders who want to make an impact. Coaches, mentors, and practitioners who create clarity, safety, and inspiration just by being present.

This year’s event will include:

• Group warm-ups that set the tone and invite everyone in

• Beginner workshops for those finding their way into movement

• Women’s sessions that hold space and reflect strength

• Kid-friendly workshops that keep it safe, fun, and encouraging

• Special guest sessions from athletes who lead with intention.
